TOP TIPS……for converting web traffic into sales!

A high percentage rate of #B2C (business-to-consumer) and #B2B (business-to-business) marketers implement content marketing with their digital strategies; as this increases sales, revenue, and web traffic – And we know all this, but my question is how can this be altered and reciprocated into sales? So here’s how:

1.  CONTENT MUST BE (HASHTAG) ENGAGING

Producing engaging fresh content is a challenge in its self at times. If your content is crappy then expect the same in the reach – however if your content is attractive, simulative and innovative (sorry for the ives) then this will most likely parallel in response, which means increased sales. Remember it’s all about keeping quality and consistency!

2.  DO NOT BOMBARD THE SAME MESSAGE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

It is repetitive for both yourself and the consumer. Right, we get it’s still 3 for £10!! And still, no one is bothered! To put it simpler, would you listen to Crazy Frog by Axel F for weeks on end?!

3.  USE A RANGE OF DIFFERENT MEDIUMS

It’s imperative that you think outside the box to attract web traffic and possible leads. Don’t just rely on pretty photos! Use different content types!! Create or use anything like:

• Hyperlinks
• Press Releases
• Photos (obvi)
• Infographics
• Blogs (Vlogs)
• Memes
• Case Studies
• Videos

Make potential customers actually want to read more about the product, service or brand…

4.  LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES!

Lastly, but most importantly, remember that failure is good. Look at failure as a positive rather than a negative. Think why didn’t you get the response you was looking for.
